This special city has brought be more happiness and contentedness than I ever thought was possible, late in my life. The beauty of the lake, the grand architecture surrounding the river and also in all of the unique and special pedestrian neighborhoods. But beyond that, it’s the friendliness and kindness of the people and the culture that tops it all. Here there is a pervasive humble willingness to share, as if all belong, there’s enough to go around, and all are welcome. I am utterly grateful to all who built this amazingly soulful badass city.
